The event, co-organized by the PMI Frankfurt Chapter and the PMI Luxembourg Chapter focuses, on intercultural characteristics of international project teams. Intercultural differences in project teams are usually considered as disruptive factors, risks and problems. Since nowadays there are very few project teams in which there are no cultural differences, it is worth looking at how to best deal with these differences and use them to our advantage. Writing an official announcement to present an organization’s event or issue towards its members or the media and consequently the general public is not an easy task. This workshop is specifically oriented towards the needs and peculiarities of releases of a non-for-profit organisation, and particularly PMI.
