Cultural diversity in projects: Pain or gain?

The event, co-organized by the PMI Frankfurt Chapter and the PMI Luxembourg Chapter focuses, on intercultural characteristics of international project teams. Intercultural differences in project teams are usually considered as disruptive factors, risks and problems. Since nowadays there are very few project teams in which there are no cultural differences, it is worth looking at how to best deal with these differences and use them to our advantage. The speakers Frank Tassone and Fabian Bendun present these differences in an original, amusing way and show examples of how knowledge of intercultural differences and peculiarities can be used for the benefit of teams and projects.
