Why do we create this program?

Meet Let'z Buddy Mentor
Aurora Gualtieri, the Owner of Harmonia Consulting and a passionate advocate for project management, innovation, and impactful solutions. With a strong foundation in IT project management, business development, and marketing.​
​​Recognized in 2023 as one of PMI’s Future 50 Leaders, Aurora is actively involved in the project management community, volunteering with the PMI Next Gen Committee and PMI Luxembourg, sharing insights through conferences and podcasts. She is passionate about mentoring and helping others grow professionally, connecting with people, travelling and running.
