Do you remember a time the simplest error led to the biggest mistake, or a slight misunderstanding had disastrous consequences?
Were you and the stakeholders on different wavelengths, or worse, different planets?
Were the expectations unreachable or simply misunderstood?
Was your deliverable way off target?
All Project Managers have stories of failure alongside those of successes! But then, it is our mistakes that offer us the greatest knowledge!
The 2020 PM Fair will host a session on Friday, October 2nd, dedicated specifically to our fiascos. We will remember and share past experiences that went the wrong way, we will describe our actions and reveal lessons learned. But most importantly, we will have great laughs!

We will compile the best stories to share at one of the final sessions, and maybe even prize for the ‘winner’!
And fear not! You do not have to present the story live yourself, we can help with that. Just share the details and we will sort it all out for those selected.
